Choose Your Dream Vehicle & Check Availability
Once you’ve found the perfect vehicle, simply click the Book Now button or visit the vehicle’s dedicated page. This will redirect you to DriveShare, our trusted platform for managing bookings and calendars.

On DriveShare, you can:

Select your event date and time.

Provide any special details or considerations (e.g., wedding, photoshoot, event type).

Specify decoration requests – for weddings, we offer a complimentary "Just Married" sign and elegant white roses along the car’s front. If you’d like additional decor, feel free to provide it, and we’ll make sure it’s set up as you envision (please let us know in advance about any special requirements).

Reserve Your Vehicle
Once you've selected your date, time, and vehicle, click the Reserve a Car button on DriveShare. You’ll go through a straightforward booking process that will ask for:

Your event details

Duration of the rental
-
Any additional requests (e.g., parking instructions, driver preferences)

A deposit to secure your booking
After completing your reservation, I’ll be notified right away. Within 24 hours, I’ll confirm the booking and provide you with any additional details or answer any questions you may have.

One Week Before Your Event
One week before your event, I’ll reach out to you directly via email or phone to confirm all the event details. This will include:

Confirming your event’s location, time, and parking instructions (e.g., do you want the car to arrive at a specific location or be waiting in a particular spot?)

Reviewing any final decoration requests – if you’re supplying additional decorations, we’ll go over how and where they’ll be placed to match your vision.
This is also the time to go over any last-minute changes or adjustments you need!

The Day of Your Event
On the day of the event, I’ll send you a text to confirm my estimated time of arrival (ETA) so you know exactly when to expect the vehicle. I will arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the event start time to ensure everything is perfect:

The vehicle will be spotlessly clean and freshly polished.

Any requested decorations will be beautifully set up.

Whether it’s for a wedding, photoshoot, or special event, this is your time to enjoy the vehicle!
At the end of the rental period, I’ll handle the vehicle’s departure, ensuring everything concludes effortlessly for you.
